Brittany Horn is a Senior Advisor, assisting both the Severance Tax and Compliance Advisory Service teams, with more than a decade of hands-on experience across upstream and midstream oil and gas operations. With a strong foundation in revenue, pipeline, and regulatory accounting, Brittany brings depth, precision, and a rock-solid work ethic to every project she supports.
Brittany launched her career in Tulsa with Nichols Companies and Pacer Energy Marketing, where she handled revenue for 600+ non-operated properties, monthly distributions for 300+ operated properties, and key reconciliations supporting both accounting and operations. She then joined Cimarex Energy, where she advanced from Revenue Accountant to Pipeline Accountant, managing millions in monthly revenue, 400+ wells across three states, and complex allocations, inventories, and gas-lift accounting.

Her career continued at EnLink Midstream in Dallas, where she served as Senior Pipeline Accountant overseeing inventories, invoicing across multiple pipeline systems, and clearing extensive marketing and receivable accounts. Brittany later expanded her accounting acumen at ChampionX as a Senior Accountant, contributing to close processes, internal controls, digital business reporting, and Canadian GST tax support.

Brittany served as a Senior Revenue Accountant at Finley Resources in Fort Worth. She managed operated and non-operated revenue across Wyoming, Texas, Oklahoma, and Utah, prepared early allocations, and filed a broad suite of state and federal regulatory reports, including severance, royalty, ONRR, GLO, and tribal reporting. Her ability to navigate complex multi-state requirements while maintaining accuracy and efficiency made her a standout partner for operators navigating complex reporting landscapes.

Brittany earned both her Master of Energy Law (2019) and Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (2012) from the University of Tulsa, where she was a Dean’s Honor Roll recipient and an active member of Beta Alpha Psi.
